Job Description
- Incoming Inspection for flying parts. Based on the 2d drawing or on the Key characteristics of a 3D model.
- Identification of defects, discrepancies or non-conformances and Non Conformity reports generation into Skydweller System.
- Manage Quality Documentation and Information. Traceability of Inspection reports as well as certificates of conformity for supplied parts.
- Supervision and responsible for the internal Inspection Reports submission and storing.
- Independent aircraft inspection to identify discrepancies.
- Inspection and closure of all the Work Orders classified as: Fabrication, Installation, Maintenance, Pre Flight and Post Flight.
- Ensuring work instruction part lists are respected and used on the installation activities.
- Ensuring that calibrated tooling is not out of date when used in production.
- Responsible for examining maintenance records and flight logs to determine if maintenance checks and overhauls were performed at prescribed intervals.
- Experience and good knowledge on traditional dimensional measuring devices (vernier, micrometer, etc..).
- Experience in proper documentation fulfilling. All the fields of the Work Order properly filled. Respect of the fabrication or assembly sequence is granted.
- Quality Control Planning experience is required.
- Knowledge in Ultrasonic inspection A-Scan /Tap Testing is preferred.
- Knowledge in harnesses fabrication and installation is preferred.
- Experience and currency on CATIA V5 is preferred.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree or higher level of education
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation quality assurance/aviation standards, under an internationally recognized QMS
- Two or more years of experience reviewing vendor quality documentation for adherence to contract and/or specification quality requirements
Position Requirements
- Availability for temporary relocations based on aircraft missions.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and standards (ISO9100, ISO 10007 & EIA-649 EASA Part 21)
- Experience managing and/or overseeing project related work with heavy emphasis on HW quality and adherence to contract and/or specification quality requirements
- Strong and demonstrated experience in A/C Inspection.
- Technical skills on hardware integration.
- High computer skills with MS Office applications.
- Used to work following Work Orders.
