QUALITY ASSURANCE MONITOR POSITION
Our contact center is looking for a QA Monitor. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication skills and a commitment to guaranteeing the optimal customer experience to our customers.

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the capability to assess the overall quality of customer contact provided by customer service agents, with the goal of ensuring an exceptional customer experience. As a QA Monitor, you will be responsible for evaluating the training needs of each customer service agent and communicating appropriate coaching opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor, record, and score calls and correspondence for agents.
- Prepare reports and summaries.
- Coach agents according to standards, as needed.
- Collaborate and assist in training as needed.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of applicable customer service is required
- Inbound call center experience preferred
- Computer literate
- Ability to demonstrate typing proficiency
- Diploma or General Education Degree
