Public Trust Advisors is looking for a QA Business Analyst to join Business Services Team in Denver, Colorado.This is a HYBRID work opportunity in Denver, Colorado. Must be willing to work in our downtown Denver office Monday's and Thursday's and the rest of the workweek remotely from home. Parking or RTD pass is provided. No relocation is provided for this position.

Our QA Business Analyst is responsible for: Testing, analyzing, and ensuring the quality of software, products, and systems at Public Trust Advisors. You will be actively involved in strategic projects, as well as system and process enhancements and have the opportunity to gain a vast amount of knowledge across many business functions. You must be comfortable working in a collaborative flat organization, have strong time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously. At Public Trust, we are constantly looking for ways to improve processes and in this role, you will work hand-in-hand with all members of the IT Business Services Team to ensure the quality of deliverables to our stakeholders.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirements gathering for strategic initiatives across the organization to gain an understanding of complex workflows and business needs.
- Draft system testing and UAT test strategies, test plans and test cases based on business requirements.
- Execute system testing prior to releasing business users for UAT.
- Track UAT test results and serve as the escalation point of contact for UAT testers during the UAT process.
- Report test results and status back to the Business Services team.
- Create and maintain documentation for systems and services (release notes, functional diagrams, etc.).
- Draft training materials and conduct training for business users.
- Perform application support, including troubleshooting and first level triage of user reported problems.
- Educate yourself on current technologies and industry best practices, especially related to supported business processes and applications.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Data Science or relevant work experience.
2-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or QA Business Analyst
Additional Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred
- Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and data warehouse solutions a plus
- Experience working on projects involving large volumes of data
- Experience working on large-scale transformational and cross-functional projects
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable test plans
- Thinking outside the box when creating test cases and executing test plans
Physical Requirements: Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods of time. Lift up to 15 lbs.
