Job Title: QA Automation Specialist

Location: US-MO-Saint Louis

Duration: 6 Months Contract to hire ( Remote till COVID period)

Job Description:

5+ years of test Automation and QA experience

At least 3 years' experience with the Health Care industry

Bachelor's degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience

Experience in Web applications, Web Services, Text message testing and integration testing

Excellent knowledge and hands on experience with any test automation tools like Ranorex or Selenium by building the framework and scripting for web and text messaging applications.

Analyze and dissect complex system requirements and technical specifications to create and execute test scenarios to have adequate test coverage

Experience with Code Management Systems like GIT

Knowledge in Performance testing or Experience is a considerable plus

Good understanding of database testing with good SQL skills

Comply with policies, standards, and strategies of the software development life cycle

Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables to ensure a quality product is delivered.

Ability to think abstract out of the norm to find the issues quickly

Must have excellent strong problem-solving skills and understanding of testing methodologies and project life cycle with Agile methodology

Participate in application design and functionality discussions

Ability to analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action

Ability to work within various teams to facilitate testing for the project

Good understanding of security testing and have experienced in a security testing tool like Web Inspect or Burp Suite is a plus

Document and execute thorough test plans and test scripts to test business requirements thoroughly

Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management.

Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details and core business

Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software

Proactively seeks improved relationships with customers and identifies business needs that require single-department, complex solutions
