Qa Analyst/Tester

Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a QA Analyst/Tester for an opportunity with a client located in Chandler, AZ.

Responsibilities:

• Work with JIRA, Confluence and HP ALM for test case management, defect management, test reporting and other functions
• Ensure timely notification and escalation of possible issues and problems, and provide recommendations for prompt resolution
• Work effectively within the PC QA team and the larger Phone Channel Business Solutions team, supporting other team members in achieving project and business objectives while providing best in class services
• Act as a customer champion to ensure that customer satisfaction is the highest priority quality measure for product
• Workflow testing for 3D modeling application
• Develop the Test Case documents according to the Master Test Plan/Test Strategy
• Become an expert in UA planning systems interfaces, processes, and reporting
• Support the implementation of forthcoming planning systems
• Maintain regression testing scripts
• Assist in development of user and system documentation deliverables

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience
• Need financial or banking - Lending experience
• Knowledge of test methods, techniques, and environments
• Understanding of databases (structure, data types, tables), defect reporting & resolution
• Understanding of system-to-system message formats (JSON, XML, etc.)
• 4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Develop, collaborate, improve, implement, maintain and support processes, communication plans, training plans, workflows, procedures, and project teams
• Identify and monitor resolution of issues, escalating as necessary
• Perform complex administrative, transactional, and operational support tasks
• Knowledge of project lifecycle
• Understanding of quality assurance or user testing methodologies
• Knowledge of Credit Application process for Small Business
• Test script creation, test data creation and conditioning
• End to End (E2E) and User Acceptance Testing execution
• Defect Triage/Management/Resolutions
• Knowledge of JIRA
• Knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Quality Center (QC)
• Knowledge of Mainframe systems for Hogan & FDR data conditioning
