**This is an onsite position, reporting to our Kenner, LA office Monday-Friday**
**This position adheres to the core company hours of 10:00AMCST-7:00PM CST**
Main Quest
Successful management of the TCM(s) and DB(s) for their assigned area(s)
Side Quest(s)
• NOLA Vision execution in their TCM(s) and DB(s)
• Positive support and contribution to culture and morale
• Mentoring QATs and new QAAs
• Contribution, implementation, and execution of solutions in their areas of the TCM(s) and DB(s)
Abilities (Key Responsibilities and Skills)
• Assigned areas of the PDashboard(s) and data for TDashboard(s)
• Support and positive contribution of partnerships (external and internal)
• Responsible for ownership on their TCM(s) and DB(s)
• Responsible for decision making on their TCM(s) and DB(s)
• Responsible for inputting accurate data for quantitative and qualitative info for their area(s)
• Ensures clarity and alignment with comms in their TCM(s) and DB(s)
• Responsible for execution and prioritization of Risk Management in their TCM(s) and DB(s)
• RCA ownership of their TCM(s) and DB(s)
• Process ownership of their TCM(s) and DB(s)
• Backups for peers and the role below. Optional growth opportunity to be back up for the role above.
