Role
- Identify potential issues for the user before they go live
- Develop a QA company process
- Work with multiple teams including support, product and sales
- Have a great understanding of features and products offered
Person
- You will have Quality Assurance experience
- Understanding of use cases
- A focus on the user/customer's experience
- Coming from a retail technology company is ideal
- Great attention to detail
