What does a QTC Process Engineer do for ATG?

The mission of the Q2C Process Engineer is to accurately model the Clients current and best-in-class future state processes through the application of the Process Engineering disciplines rigorous analysis techniques. The Q2C Process Engineer will work with clients as they tackle a variety of enterprise challenges such as: enterprise transformation, digital transformation, rapidly changing business models, technology advancements, unique needs of diverse industry verticals, and more demanding customer expectations. This role reports to Anne Caprez, Head of Advisory Process Engineering & Customer Experience.

What are some of the responsibilities of a QTC Process Engineer?

While performing current state process analysis, the Q2C Process Engineer is accountable to:

• Capture, document, and analyze the current state by leading discovery, interviews and workshops; assess the current states variances, degree of human intervention, risks, efficiencies, and gauge the enterprises ability to scale.
• Use their understanding of the current process, the Process Engineer will build the future state process vision and roadmap with a view to best in class industry practices, isolate opportunities for strategic investment, and seek to operationalize the vision through various tactical initiatives.
• Assist in developing the Advisory Groups Process Engineering toolkits for industry verticals.
• Be 100% committed to supporting the clients success through performance of job duties.

This position may require additional time and effort necessary during periods of heavy workload in order to meet project milestones and implementation deadlines. Hours and compensation for this position will vary depending on projects and experience.
