Purchasing/ Receiving Associate - PT

• Create and enter Purchase Orders for resins and parts needed
• Handle all maintenance and shop purchase needs along with office supplies
• Track Purchase Orders to insure timely delivery
• Review quality of purchased products with QC Manager
• Maintain records of purchased products and delivery
• Send Purchase orders to Receiving for Receipt
• Verify components, resin and check part prices in Sage, and if necessary create purchase orders for resin and components using vendor/supplier list
• Understanding of lead times
• Run daily reports from Excel, Access, Sage and Data Base
• Receiving of all products and parts
• Negotiate and evaluate best value(s) from suppliers

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
