- Create and enter Purchase Orders for resins and parts needed
- Handle all maintenance and shop purchase needs along with office supplies
- Track Purchase Orders to insure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products with QC Manager
- Maintain records of purchased products and delivery
- Send Purchase orders to Receiving for Receipt
- Verify components, resin and check part prices in Sage, and if necessary create purchase orders for resin and components using vendor/supplier list
- Understanding of lead times
- Run daily reports from Excel, Access, Sage and Data Base
- Receiving of all products and parts
- Negotiate and evaluate best value(s) from suppliers

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
