We are currently searching for a PurchasingClerk for our manufacturing facility in Clover, South Carolina.

Job description:

• Fill out all required departments requisitions as appropriate.
• Process new purchase order request.
• Check pricing, extensions, and totals where applicable.
• Compare quantities to receiving documents.
• Investigate and rectify discrepancies.
• Keep management abreast of any unusual operational and/or deviations of policies or procedures.
• Provide polite and professional communication to all employees and vendors.
• Maintaining records.
• Create and track purchase orders and ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliveries.
• Collaborate with departments to determine procurement needs (perform related administration and clerical duties as assigned).
• Monitor inventory levels and track procurement metrics.
• Reconcile purchase orders and receiving documentations.
• Maintain daily receiving logs for all products and services received.
• Prepares inventory order reports.
• Follow up on outstanding orders with vendors.
• Evaluates responses; submits purchase orders based on quoted results.

Full-time, in the office setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.62 - $23.63 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
