Position Overview: As a Purchasing and Logistics Professional, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, overseeing the logistics and distribution functions, and providing exceptional support for our clients' part needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, supply chain management, and Logistics, along with excellent analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

Procurement:

• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong vendor relationships.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and product availability to ensure optimal purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and meet their procurement needs.

Logistics:

• Coordinate transportation, shipping, and delivery of products to meet customer expectations.
• Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
• Streamline logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Client Support:

• Liaise with clients to understand their part needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align procurement and Logistics activities with client expectations.

Supply Chain Optimization:

• Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Implement best practices for inventory management, demand forecasting, and order fulfillment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between procurement and production.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
