Purchasing Agent

Robert Half is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Procurement Data Entry Specialist to support an Ariba project for a local manufacturer. Responsibilities Include:

- General data entry and data management to ensure all details are accurate and up to date.

- Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to convert existing Schedule Agreements into discrete Purchase Orders.

- Updating appropriate SAP data for the correct functionality of the MRP (Material Requirements Planning) process.

- Supporting sourcing functions and executing day-to-day sourcing and procurement duties for various company procurement programs.

- Proficiency in using PO creation tools.

- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment (2 days remote/3 days on-site).

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

- Knowledge of SAP and MRP processes is a plus.
