A Vault-ranked law firm are currently looking to onboard a Public Company Associate to join their Public Company Advisory group within its Capital Markets Practice in DC. The position involves working closely with other members of the group to assist with day-to-day securities law counselling, SEC reporting and corporate governance matters. Their Public Company clients span diverse industries, from decades-old Fortune 500 public companies to newly emerging growth companies.
Experience:
Desired candidates must have 4-5 years of demonstrated experience advising public companies on a wide variety of securities law compliance, disclosure and corporate governance matters. Superior academic credentials and strong communication skills are required, and the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the securities laws and a demonstrated interest in Public Company compliance and corporate governance.
