Position Summary

The primary role of the Lobby Porter is to be cleaning of the entire lobby including lobby lounge, restrooms, cleaning of executive offices, cleaning 5 Star restrooms, and monitoring lobby area to inspect for cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Clean all common areas including public restrooms.
  • Remove all trash from main common rooms.
  • Vacuum, mop, dust, and sweep.
  • Ability to work alone and with others.
  • Ability to communicate with guests and colleagues
  • Ability to be flexible with scheduling and to respond to situations as they arise.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred and/or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of the luxury & quality environment.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
