P/T Transcriptionist – Hybrid

Gloucester Retirement Systems-127 Eastern Ave, Gloucester, MA, 01930

Contract: until 12/31/2023 with a possibility of extension

Work days: 1 day per month - 2-4 hours

COVID vaccine requirement is not there.

Listens in on and records the Board Meeting remotely. Then transcribes the Board Meeting minutes in general verbatim for use by the Board.

P/T Transcriptionist position to work hybrid 1 day per month, typically the last Wednesday of each month at 4:00pm EST. Contractor will listen in (via established GoToMeeting) on and record the Gloucester Contributory Board Meeting remotely. The contractor will then transcribe the Board Meeting minutes in general verbatim for use by the Board. Transcription must be completed and submitted within 10 calendar days.

• Go to meeting is established in advance
• Open Meeting notice is sent 60 hours in advance of the meeting
• Last Wednesday of each month 4:00pm sharp; typically 1 hour in duration
