Pt Pm Nurse (Lpn Or Rn)

Process: Resident status/condition, psycholsocial and environmental. Report change of conditions & change of treatment to families, physicians, and other appropriate disciplines; as well as, document in resident charts. Update service care plans, as appropriate. Perform on-going training, education, orientate and development of new employees. Assure collections, documentations, vitals, weights, health, and safety of all residents. Edit MARS/TARS as necessary; assure accuracy. Strong communications skills; verbal & written. Timely assessments of residents. Medication administration. Assure policy, procedures, rules, & regulations are enforced and applicable to the needs of the resident(s). Supervision skills are required. Every other weekend/holdiay. On Call.
Requires previous experience.
Looking for PT PM Nurse. Hours are 2:00 - 10:30 pm every other weekend and holiday.
