Mostly seasonal March-November 20-25 Hours a week with potential to be full-time. It is a new position that is being created.

This position is part-time (to start). There will be some work now but will grow to 25 hours per week during the spring/summer/fall seasons. There is a chance this position could go to 40 hours per week in the Spring/Summer/Fall seasons. Work days and hours somewhat flexible. Work includes:

· Mowing lawns with push and riding mowers

· Weed eating

· Tree trimming/pruning using provided hand tools and power tools

· Adjust watering schedules

· General yard cleanup

· Occasional planting

· Misc yard projects

· Spraying for weeds

· Spraying for bugs

· Pulling weeds

· Moving some landscape rock at times

· Patio clean up

· Pressure washing

· Sprinkler fixes and adjustments

· Other similar duties as they arise

We will provide all tools, equipment and supplies to do the work. Must have own transportation with valid auto insurance and a valid driver’s license. Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions. Applicant must be a self-starter and able to follow directions and work on their own. Applicant must speak enough English to follow directions. Must have good references and be able to pass a background check.

Previous experience in landscaping is required.

Hourly rate is $25/hour. This position has the state required sick time but does not have any other benefits.
