Requirements:
- 🎓 PT Inpatient Rehab Specialty
- 🌐 Epic Experience (Preferred)
- 🩺 BLS Certification Required
- 🌍 Travelers must reside more than 25 miles away from the facility
- 💉 COVID-19 Vaccine Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Considered)
- 🌟 Accepting 1st-time travelers and new grads with motivation and capability
Duties and Responsibilities: As a key member of our Inpatient Rehab team, your responsibilities will include:
- 🏋 Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions.
- 📋 Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- 🔄 Monitor and document patient progress.
- 🤝 Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- 🎓 Provide patient and family education on rehabilitation techniques.
- 📈 Adapt and modify treatment plans based on patient response.
- 📊 Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
