Here's what you'll do:*
- Perform light maintenance including changing light bulbs, testing smoke and fire alarms, assist with apartment turns and painting
- Ensure all common areas are cleaned and ready for residents.
- Perform seasonal grounds work to ensure the property is clean and well maintained

Schedule:*
Monday-Friday-25-29 hours a week (5-6 hour shifts with availability between the hours of 8am-2pm required). During the winter, mandatory hours will be required for snow events.
