SalaryAre you looking for your next career in the transportation industry? We are currently hiring for a Part Time Freight Handler! Our Freight Handlers are responsible for loading and unloading freight from trailers. This position works in a fast paced yet very rewarding environment! Our Freight Handlers play a crucial role on our Operations team to ensure freight gets where it needs to go.
Shift: 3 Days/week (4/5pm-10pm)
Pay: $22.75/hr
What you can expect a typical day to look like:
- Safely load and unload trailers utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, and or hand carts
- Use handheld scanners to efficiently track and document freight through our network
- Accurately identify, sticker, and stage inbound freight
- Verify the condition of freight to assure quality standards are achieved
- Other duties as assigned

What you will need to succeed on the job:
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to ninety (90) pounds
- Previous Forklift experience – preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
