Program Information
You would be supporting one individual within their smoke-free home located in Oak Grove, MN. The home has a rewarding, supportive and calm atmosphere. You will spend your shift providing cares for an individual who likes having fun, watching TV, playing games, and going out on community outings.

We are looking for DSP's who are mature, passionate and hardworking. We are looking for candidates who are able to work well in a team environment and are team players.
What are the responsibilities of a Direct Support Professional?
As a Direct Support Professional you will assist one individual with daily routines, household tasks, preparing meals, individual self-care, socializing, use of leisure time, health and safety.
- Medication administration.
- Meal planning and preparation.
- Assistance with activities of daily living.
- Assistance with seizure management.
- Assistance with establishing and fostering community relationships and friendships.
- Document services and events through paperwork and computer systems.
