PRIMARY PURPOSE
The main aim of this role is to scan and/or input numbers at the register, lift and shift goods, provide change, pack orders, and handle special tasks as instructed including restocking returns, refilling front-end products (such as candies, gift cards, and snacks), cleaning, and aiding with carts.

- At the beginning of the shift, team members will promptly review the work schedule, check necessary equipment and supplies, adhere to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines, and prepare for duties.
- Organize aisles, set up checkout areas, and arrange displays when required.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Count items, handle transactions, and give change.
- Pack items and place them in carts as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have the right to work in the U.S.
- Should be able to comprehend and follow company policies and safety rules for satisfactory task completion.
- Must meet the physical and ergonomic demands, and physical benchmarks for this role, with or without reasonable adjustments.
- Must be capable of operating, or willing to learn to operate, the tools and equipment necessary for this job.
- Must complete the initial company probationary period of 30 or 60 days.
- Must perform all job functions safely.
- Must meet the job's performance standards set by the company.
- Must meet the job's performance standards, including consistent attendance.
- Must agree to wear the specified attire and shoes approved for this role.
- Should have technical training (a job-specific requirement).
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Shift hours: minimum of 4-hour shifts or longer as per business requirements
