Scope:
Prepares, set ups, breaks down and cleans up breakfast service in limited service hotels. Inventories supplies.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ø Prepares breakfast and sets up breakfast service in assigned area according to hotel or brand standard.
Ø Keeps breakfast items filled and the breakfast area cleaned during the breakfast service times.
Ø Break down and put away breakfast items according to brand specifications and clean breakfast area. Reports needed repairs to equipment and unsafe conditions to supervisor.
Ø Responds to requests from guests, supervisors or management in a timely and efficient manner.
Ø Maintains supplies in a neat and organized to department standards.
Ø Maintains keys and supplies issued each day.
Ø Reports any guest issues to supervisor.
Ø Follows procedures food safety.
Ø Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
Ø Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
Ø Follows company policies and procedures.
