- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Handle reservations and assist guests with inquiries and special requests.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Address and resolve guest issues and complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a positive guest experience.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
