Carmel Therapy seeks skilled, compassionate, and personable LCSW/LMHC/fully licensed psychotherapists to join our Fishers, Indiana team on a contract basis. As a contracted trauma therapist, you will provide high-quality mental health care services to individuals seeking trauma-focused therapy. They are eager to delve into deeper trauma processing or somatic work and start their journey toward healing.

Our team comprises therapists, Dietitians, and Wellness Coaches with diverse backgrounds and perspectives, all dedicated to providing evidence-based care from a holistic viewpoint. To ensure we offer trauma-informed care to our clients, we require all staff to complete trauma training before joining our team. Qualifications:
- Indiana Fully Licensed Therapist (no associates please)
- Background and training in trauma care, EMDR, IFS, Somatic Work, or Holistic Therapy
- Ability to complete accurate and timely documentation
- Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain a culturally sensitive approach
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine symptoms and a diagnosis.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for clients focusing on trauma-informed care and cultural competency.
- Provide evidence-based trauma-focused psychotherapy to clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in SimplePractice
- Collaborate and coordinate care with other health professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Attend regular team consultations (once a month) to discuss case management, best practices, and professional development. We like to be up to date on the most impactful trauma treatments and will encourage pursuing trauma training opportunities.
- Maintain a good-standing license and comply with all federal and state laws and the NASW code of ethics.
Competitive compensation is based on your experience and caseload. In our relationship, we want you to have a positive work-life balance and respect your autonomy. It is up to your nervous system to determine your caseload capacity. We are looking for someone to transition full-time into Private Practice with us, with a minimum of 10 clients per week. As a 1099 contractor, you choose your hours, schedule, and style of therapy. We offer monthly team consultations. We offer a competitive bonus for those who bring a caseload into the practice.
