We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Neuropsych Test Administrator or Manager to join our team.
JOB DESCRIPTION / DUTIES:
- Have experience in selecting, administering and scoring neuropsychological tests, including cognitive, and other related tests
- Be familiar with principles of psychometry and psychological tests selection and administration.
- Have experience with paper-based and computer/tablet based tests, both rapid tests and batteries.
- Have experience with major neuropsychological tests and batteries, such as in ANAM, ImPACT, CNS-VS, SLUMS, MOCA, WAIS-IV, NIH Toolbox, or any other similar ones.
- Write behavioral observations on each of the patients tested and initiate draft reports on patients
- Coordinate with the Physician / Specialist and help organize scheduling, insurance verification and billing.QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have at least a Bachelor’s degree (preferably higher) or Associate degree in psychology, and - - Show willingness and ability and interest to become a fast learner of various tests available in measuring cognitive and other related abilities of patients.
- Previous experience as a Test Administrator or Technician or in a similar role is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or anomalies
- Familiarity with medical records, eClinicalWorks, patient care, psychology / psychiatry related patient care is a plus
- Proficiency in using testing equipment and software applications
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
(a) Minimum:
- Have at least a Bachelor’s degree (preferably higher) in psychology,
- Have at least 1 year’s experience in administering and scoring neuropsych tests
(b) Preferred:
- Show willingness and ability and interest to become a fast learner of various tests available in measuring cognitive and other related abilities of patients.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or anomalies
- Be sensitive and respectful to patients being tested.
- Familiarity with medical records, eClinicalWorks, patient care, psychology / psychiatry related patient care is a plus
- Proficiency in using testing equipment and software applications
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities
