Psychometrician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our collaborative team. This position will play a crucial role in supporting our psychological services, assisting with assessments, data collection, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly invested in mental health work and understands the value of collaboration. Preference will be given to individuals able to offer long-term support as this role will require learning many new skills. This role will require training without pay for those without psychometric education and/or experience. Candidate must:

- Adhere to each publisher's test security requirements.

- Ensure the proper maintenance and organization of assessment materials.

- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client information.

- Interact with clients in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing insights and observations.

- Have excellent writing skills.

- The ability to effectively manage time and be promptly with documentation procedures.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a mental health or psychology-related role is preferred.

- Coursework in statistics, measurement, etc is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

- Proficient in Google Workspace and other relevant software.

This job requires a minimum of undergraduate degree with coursework in statistics/psychometrics . YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ADMINISTERING IQ MEASURES. Candidates must be independent, organized, driven, and collaborative. We follow very strict timelines that must be met. Preference is given to individuals with experience working with children.
