Job Title: Licensed Psychologist for LGBTQ Telepsychiatry Services
Location: Eugene, OR (Telepsychiatry/Remote)
Salary: $140 per hour (1099 - Independent Contractor)
Schedule: Flexible hours (Preference for availability in the afternoons for school-aged children)

Our dynamic team currently includes Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs).
Job Description: We are seeking an innovative and passionate Licensed Psychologist is proficient in autism assessments and comfortable providing care to LGBTQ+ populations. This individual will be an integral part of our telepsychiatry services, offering psychological insights and therapy to a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. As a telepsychiatry provider, you will deliver care remotely, making mental health services more accessible to our community.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough psychological assessments, including evaluations for autism spectrum disorders, with sensitivity to LGBTQ issues.
- Provide evidence-based therapy for a range of mental health conditions.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Maintain timely and accurate records of clinical interventions and consultations using our easy documentation system, IntakeQ.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing education and professional development in LGBTQ mental health, neurodiversity, and telepsychiatry.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, ethical practice, and professional integrity.
Requirements:
- A Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.).
- Active licensure as a Psychologist in the state of Oregon.
- Experience with autism assessments and comfort in working with clients across the lifespan.
- Strong understanding and sensitivity to LGBTQ mental health issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building rapport with clients and team members.
- Technological proficiency to efficiently operate telepsychiatry platforms.
