The evaluator will not be doing psychotherapy.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and empathetic Psychological Evaluator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough psychological assessments for individuals involved in personal injury cases. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in trauma-focused evaluations and be capable of providing insightful and comprehensive reports.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth psychological assessments for clients involved in personal injury cases.
• Collaborate with legal teams, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information.
• Administer and interpret psychological tests to evaluate the impact of trauma on individuals.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations for treatment and intervention strategies.
• Compile detailed and comprehensive reports summarizing evaluation findings.
• Testify in court as an expert witness when required.
• Stay current on the latest research and developments in the field of trauma psychology.

Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
• Licensed as a psychologist in the state of Texas or be a member of PSYPACT
• Extensive experience in conducting psychological evaluations within forensic settings.
• Strong knowledge of trauma-focused assessment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Bilingual Spanish is a requirement.
