Psychiatrist

MOC Consulting is seeking a qualified Psychiatric Provider (MD) to join our team of professionals. We are a CARF accredited mental health agency providing MH/SA services in the state of North Carolina.

We are seeking a Board Certified Psychiatrist (MD) in the state of NC. This position is part time with a flexible schedule as agreed upon with the provider. Service implementation is offered remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations of patients
- Collect and analyze patient data to develop accurate diagnoses
- Provide medication management
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

-Provide clinical recommendations and diagnostic clarity to licensed clinicians as when appropriate
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in behavioral health and medical terminology
- Utilize psychopharmacology to prescribe appropriate medications for patients

Skills:
- Strong data collection and analysis skills to gather and interpret patient information
- Excellent patient care skills, including empathy, active listening, and effective communication
- In-depth knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
- Expertise in psychopharmacology to prescribe and manage medications effectively

As a Psychiatrist, you will play a crucial role in providing mental health care to patients. Your responsibilities will include conducting evaluations, providing ongoing care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Pay: $125.00 - $150.00 per hour
