We're looking for part-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to do incredible work supporting our clients. *Please note: You Must have a license to practice in Michigan.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a psychiatric setting
- Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the Mental Health needs of patients
- Monitor and document patient progress, including any changes in behavior or symptoms
- Educate patients and their families about Mental Health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of psychiatric nursing principles and practices
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems, such as eClinicalWorks
- Ability to provide family planning support and education
- Experience working with patients of all ages, including toddlers, special needs individuals, and neonatal ventilator patients
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures and sterile processing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Ability to lift and move patients when necessary
