We seek a PMHNP for a part-time hybrid opportunity at our Noblesville, Indiana location. Services will initially be office-based, with the chance to grow telehealth services to serve clients at remote locations.

Compensation:

• Part-time employees can earn $50,000-65,000 annually.

• Fee for Service Model

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric Nursing

• Graduation from a state-certified advanced practice program specializing in psychiatry/Mental Health

• At least 1-2 years as a psychiatric provider

• Experience in telemedicine

• Must be certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) in Psychiatric Mental Health (PMH)as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

• An unrestricted license to practice as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) in the state of Indiana

• Must have a valid DEA number

• A state-issued Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) in Indiana

• Registration with the state Prescription Monitoring Program (PDMP)

• Maintain credentials and licensing boards to allow credentialing staff to maintain insurance.

• Ability to work with clients with complex Mental Health issues.

• Solid computer and basic technology skills

• Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development

• Self-motivated and independent

• Excellent communication, patient relations, and time management skills

• Ability to work 15 billable hours per week and five administrative hours.

• APRN must submit documentation of the APRN’s prescribing practices to the Collaborating Psychiatrist within seven (7) days. Documentation of prescribing practices shall include, but not be limited to, at least a five percent (5%) random sampling of the charts and medications prescribed for patients by the Collaborative Practice Agreement.
