POSITION SUMMARY:
The Provisioning Broadband Success Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a smooth execution of deployment for all residential and SMB broadband products from a customer perspective. This person will participate in planning meetings and consult with sales in order to plan for operational activities that affect the end customer. Additionally, the Broadband Success Coordinator will provide both troubleshooting and customer assistance as well as manage dispatch schedules.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Plan and manage scheduling of broadband installations.
- Plan and manage mass device swap projects.
- Tier 2 troubleshooting of customer issues.
- Help with miscellaneous broadband dispatch efforts.
- Receive network updates, share pertinent information with internal and external teams.
- Document issues and resolutions related to network outages.
- Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance.
- Use radio, phone, or computer to send crews, vehicles or other field units to appropriate locations.
- Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles, and requirements.
- Data entry in native software system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other information.
- Reporting as needed regarding subscriber status.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- 1-2 years of proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fast typing with experience in data entry
- Knowledge of procedures and guideline for emergency situations
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Active listener with excellent communication skills
- Sound judgement and critical thinking
- High school diploma
Desired:
- Proficiency in Spanish language (oral)
- Broadband experience

Compensation & Benefits:
- Hiring Compensation Range: $20 – 25/hour (compensation determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
