Job description

What you’ll be doing on the team:

  • Provider Outreach: Assist in conducting outreach activities to identify and connect with potential providers using various channels such as online platforms, professional networks, and referrals. This will be done in conjunction with the Provider Recruiters to assist in sourcing and handling prospective providers.
  • Provider Advertising: Assist with the management of existing and future advertising campaigns including posting to job boards, analyzing results, and assisting with monitoring the budget and spending.
  • Provider Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the Provider Growth team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new providers, assisting with necessary documentation, credentialing, and training requirements.
  • Provider Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of provider information, including contact details, qualifications, and availability, utilizing appropriate database systems or tools. Also, assist with testing and suggesting improvements to the existing database tools.
  • Provider Relationship Management: Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with providers. Serve as a point of contact for inquiries, meeting requests, and provide general support as needed via phone, email, chat and online video meetings. Also, assist in helping Recruiters manage their inquiries from existing providers.
  • Provider Performance Tracking: Assist with the tracking of provider performance metrics, such as patient satisfaction scores and appointment utilization, to identify areas for improvement and support data-driven decision making.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Provider Growth team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, managing documentation, and organizing team activities or events.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Provider Support, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment in Provider Growth initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout Provider Growth activities, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection guidelines.
  • Facilities: act as a liaison to the facilities team in order to perform in-person quality checks on Great Lakes Psychology Group office locations near you when needed.

The skills you’ll need:

  • Bachelor degree required, preferably in business administration, marketing, healthcare administration, or psychology
  • Preference will be given to someone with existing healthcare experience
  • Confidence and professionalism, including strong written and verbal communication
  • Self Starter, enjoy making the most of your opportunities
