JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:

Provider Enrollment Support Coordinator is responsible for working Division Provider Enrollment responses on denied claims in ETM system.  Accurately maintains production to ensure timely and efficient completion. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and apply ETM outcomes to Provider Related Denials reassigned from Division Provider Enrollment as outlined in policies.
• Removes providers from ‘PE Hold’ or ‘PE No Claim Hold’ on ETM invoices reassigned from Division Provider Enrollment, as outlined in policies.
• Coordinate with Division Provider Enrollment on any questions or problems associated with PE ETM issues or the accurate loading of provider numbers.
• Serves as back up to Provider Enrollment Research responsibilities.
• Maintain knowledge of AES and ETM related to FSC and provider number set up.
• Assist in any special project requested by management.
• Report any errors or problems that affect claims from receiving payment.
• Participate in monthly meeting with Supervisor.
