Provider Enrollment And Management Specialist (Bhjob1435_30506)

Provider Enrollment and Management Specialists work within the Virginia Medicaid Provider Enrollment Services program to process Provider Enrollment Applications and other documents related to the management of provider data. 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely Enrollment and maintenance of all Virginia Medicaid Provider Enrollment functions.
• Processing and validating all Enrollment and Management for compliance with all Affordable Care Act (ACA) Provider Screening Regulations.
• Data entry of provider demographics in the Provider Enrollment Application.
• Interfacing with providers to answer inquiries or gather further information regarding provider’s enrollment or maintenance requests.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) Program and Policies.
• Previous Provider Enrollment and maintenance of provider information for a Medicaid program, or other healthcare organization(s).
• Ability to process Enrollment and maintenance according to document business requirements and performance standards.
• Ability to professionally interface with internal customers and the provider community.
• Ability to problem solve and research independently Provider Enrollment and maintenance business requirements.

Location:

• Can be remote, but maybe hybrid with an office location in Richmond
