Provider Coordinator
Scottsdale Admin
Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 remote)
As a Provider Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating radiologists to join the SimonMed team and ensure they receive an exceptional experience throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support VP of Physician Relations by coordinating interviews, site visits and providing administrative support for provider recruiting and onboarding processes
- Organize recruiting and onboarding trackers to ensure meeting goals
- Create and submit all onboarding steps to respective SimonMed teams
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a timely and seamless credentialing, onboarding, and first 30 days' process.
- Be a SimonMed brand ambassador at conferences and events throughout the year.
- Build relationships with residency programs throughout the country to drive SimonMed as the employer of choice for new Providers after residency competition.
- Ensure candidates are receiving a white glove, timely recruiting to hire
- Demonstrates competency in the performance of job related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services while providing excellent customer service.
- Adheres to policies, procedures, guidelines relative to departmental operations.

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- HS diploma required
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support
- Ability to comfortably and confidently communicate in a networking or conference environment
- Proven ability to work efficiently with cross functional teams
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking.
