Responsibilities:
- Create initial draft documents (question and answer templates) to align with specific RFP requirements/instructions
- Curate the relevant, pre-written content from the library that best responds to the RFX questions, marking any unaddressed questions where necessary
- Notify Manager of any unique RFX questions that don’t have a pre-written response
- Compile, edit, and proofread proposals prior to sending to the Manager for additional proofreading and finalization
- Assist in the maintenance of the content library of proposal answers and files of proposal exhibits
- Other proposal project work as required including, but not limited to reporting, analysis of competitive proposals, coordination of all proposal activities and engagement with various TSI SME’s and potential participation in client/new prospect bidding or BAFO meetings
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, business or technical communications, English, marketing or related field, or two years of equivalent experience preferred
- Superior communication skills
- Excellent English writing and reading comprehension skills (including very strong punctuation, grammar, and word usage)
- Proficient keyboard and desktop publishing skills using MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel,), Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to meet uncompromising deadlines, and work under pressure while balancing multiple priorities.
- BPO/Asset Receivables management industry knowledge and/or experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in a team-fostered environment and willingness to learn about the business.
- Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work independently, proactive with initiative and requires minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to manage workload including communicating effectively when additional team resources are needed to meet demands
- Very keen attention to detail, with excellent organization and time management skills
Physical requirements:
- Normal, corrective vision range; ability to see color and to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
- Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, bend and reach
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30lbs

- Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up)
- Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)
- Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
