A Day in the Life
You drive the creative design, layout, schedule, and messaging of proposals and various marketing materials with the propensity of perfection
Your delivery is polished, and you clearly articulate the written word to bring ideas and complex concepts to life
Boldly, you champion the proposal process from the client discovery meeting to the go/no-go and kick-off meetings
You’re a team player and use your professional and caring communication style to connect with a variety of people
A wizard at bringing people together, you network, plan events, and support group activities across offices
The ultimate juggling act, you handle multiple projects and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Graphic Design, English Creative Writing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent experience
Understands design theory and can produce web and print ready marketing materials
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong technical writing skills
Experienced in Power Point, MS Word, InDesign, Prezi, Photoshop, Acrobat, Adobe Creative Suite, Vision-Deltek, and WordPress
Minimum of two years of experience in providing marketing support such as proposal and brochure organization and creation
Solid relationship-building skills, interacts with all levels of employees
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in an engineering/architectural/construction firm or related industry is preferred but not required
Your Team
You’ll be joining a creative bunch - graphic designers, marketing coordinators, and client development professionals
You often work independently but the Corporate Communications Lead and Group Leader for Marketing and Business Development will be your partner in this marketing journey
Our team joins forces on social media and branding etc.
