Job description

Are you an experienced Property/Material Administrator with experience in the simulation and training industry looking for the flexibility to work in Orlando, FL? Then we have an opportunity for you to work with our American Systems team developing, integrating, testing, and delivering the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) P-8A Poseidon Maritime Patrol Aircraft's Ground Aircrew Training Devices Combat Systems Integrated Product (CSIP). This position requires expertise in Property Management to include receiving material for contracted deliverables and providing lifecycle control of that material through installation by manufacturing, delivery to customers and Government Acceptance.

This position requires the entry and maintenance of the material information into our EQUIP database with updates as material is applied to system deliveries, working with the manufacturing, test and installation teams. Other duties will include assisting in the application of the material into the deliverable configurations, packaging and shipping of systems and tracking through receipt any material applied to deliverables. This position allows for a hybrid work location (combination of virtual and onsite at our Orlando, FL office) at the discretion of the American Systems Program Manager.

Work with leading-edge technologies A week in the life of a Property/Material Administrator includes but is not limited to: Work with state of the art systems and support equipment. Manage the tracking of material from purchase order through final delivery to the customer.

Updating the EQUIP database to maintain status of the Material. Help define and document the Material Flow Process for the organization. Help during critical times in the manufacture and building from piece parts to full racks and assemblies.

Work closely with the Chief Engineer, Logistics Team and Hardware Team Primary Point of Contact for the Material Status also attend and participate in meetings, working groups, etc. in support of the team efforts Travel in support of program objectives at the direction of the Program Manager.Career level with a complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts. BA/BS with 5 - 7 years of Material Management and Hardware Assembly for Training Devices.

US Citizenship A minimum of a current Secret Clearance Past experience leading the management of material. The salary/hourly range for this position is $95K - $110K . Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
