SalaryGrowing Property Management Company based out of Lakewood NJ is currently seeking a full-time, skilled Maintenance technician for single-family homes located througout Ocean County with at least three years experience. The maintenance technician is responsible for performing various maintenance functions that are necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the properties.
Summary of essential job functions:
- Perform Repairs and work orders from tenants.
- Prepare property for move-ins between tenants,
- Maintain courteous and helpful demeanor with tenants, co-workers, vendors, etc.
- Minimum requirements three years experience in property maintenance, construction, repairs, or handyman job setting
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have valid driver's license
- Available to assist in after-hours emergency situations and weekends
- Should have the following knowledge and ability to perform the following:
- Basic Plumbing Repairs and toilet/sink installs , Drywall repairs, Paint touch ups, Basic Electrical knowledge, Basic carpentry

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
