Property Receptionist

Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Receptionistwill play a critical role in the next stage of growth for our properties by providing administrative support to the Property Team. This position is the initial face and voice of the management office and must be able to build a positive rapport with our current and potential residents, business partners and city agencies. The objectives of the Receptionist position will be accomplished by performing key administrative and receptionist tasks, providing property manager support and assisting with the essential functions of the team: resident management, marketing, leasing, work order follow up and special projects. This role will assist the management team in positively impacting the lives of our residents, and the communities we serve. Responsible for conformity with the company standard operating procedures and adherence to the 5T’s Guiding Principles.
