Property Preservation Crews

IQP Enterprise, LLC is a regional Property Preservation company based in Portland, Oregon that has work available in Oregon, and Washington State. We are currently seeking reliable independent contractors with experience in Property Preservation and inspection services to cover immediate work orders in Tacoma, Washington. 

Work available includes:

- Securing/Board-ups/Lock Changes

- Grass Cuts & Recurring Landscaping

- Debris Removal

- Janitorial/Maid Services

- Minor roof repair/tarping

- Winterizations

- REO rehab work

- Evictions

- Inspections

Requirements:

- Must be able to travel to different surrounding areas for work orders

- Must have your own tools, cleaning supplies, generator, hauling vehicle, etc to complete work orders 

- Must be able to submit before, during, and after photos upon completion. Please note without all photos requested work orders are not complete and will result in no pay. 

 -Experience needed: Lock change, debris removal, winterizations, lawn maintenance, snow removal, minor repairs, tree and shrub trimming, and bidding skills required

Equipment Requirements:

- Smartphone to take pictures and access mobile apps while on-site

- Reliable truck with trailer towing capacity

- Lawn equipment – mower, blower, trimmer/edger, etc.

- Compressor/generator (for winterizations & and pressure checks)

- Basic hand tools

- Cleaning tools & supplies

- Snow Plower during snow season 

Skills Needed:

- Completion of preservation/inspection services in a timely manner to meet work order deadlines

- Good communication skills, able to regularly provide progress updates via text or phone

- Ability to assess and report work needed at the property, providing bids if necessary

- Thoroughly photograph and document before, during, and after stages of work

- Willingness to strictly follow industry standard guidelines and individual client requirements
