Seeking Commercial Real Estate Coordinator/Administrative Assistant for immediate hire!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Interact with tenants, alongside Manager, to understand and deliver tenant requirements
- Execute pre-opening processes and training, paying close attention to detail and ensuring high standards of performance and strategy execution
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders including property operations to key tenant representatives
- Complete vendor management to ensure delivery of service, coordination, and invoicing/billing (from obtaining necessary COIs to accurate invoice procedures)
- Address day-to-day landlord/building management issues including coordinating and managing building access as necessary
- Serve as liaison between tenants and building operations as required, managing issues or escalations
- Oversight to ensure the floor is clean, stocked, and organized across multiple assets, floors, kitchens, conference rooms, and common areas
- Provide excellent customer service to all tenants
- Conduct quality control walkthroughs to address immediate issues, pre-empt potential future issues and identify areas for improvement when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
