Property Maintenance Worker

Seeking a strong home improvement worker looking to pick up extra work. Job involves doing home repairs to get homes ready to rent as well as on call maintenance for occupied properties. Must be competent in plumbing , drywall, flooring and minor electrical. Must have all your own tools and equipment and be ready to go. Must be well organized and complete jobs in timely manner as well as practice great communication. Pay: $18.42 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• On call
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)
