We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our residential buildings. Knowledge of basic plumbing (changing toilets, replacing sinks), electric skills (changing light fixtures) , carpentry (installing trim and flooring).
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: repairing walls, , equipment, and systems; troubleshooting issues; and conducting preventive maintenance.
-Time Management Skills--will need to track maintenance activities and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections through an online system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing maintenance requests and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate leadership skills by effectively prioritizing tasks and coordinating with other team members.
-Ability to be held accountable for daily tasks.
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear instructions and updates to team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
