Salary- Responsible for the general cleanliness and sanitation of the facilities.
- Periodically tours facility and grounds, examines doors, windows, and ensure proper working order
- Repair of heating, plumbing and electrical systems or any other repairs as needed
- Lawn care/grounds
- Interact with residents and visitors
- Maintain positive and professional attitude
- Maintain professional appearance
- Other duties as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
