JOB PURPOSE:
The primary role of the Property Lead at Pecos Children’s Center is to oversee the property team and ensuring the safeguarding and protection of minors' property during their stay. This position requires directing the process of receiving and verifying all belongings as minors arrive at the property office. The Property Lead is responsible for ensuring that the team conducts thorough inspections of personal items and documentation, and that these items are accurately entered into the system. A key aspect of the Property Lead is to guarantee that the property staff consistently and meticulously documents and tracks all procedures and items, maintaining the highest standards of care and accountability.
