Job Summary: The Property Inspector/Marketer is a multifaceted role within our residential property management company, combining the critical tasks of property inspection and marketing. This position is responsible for conducting thorough property inspections, ensuring compliance with standards and safety, as well as also playing a key role in the marketing and leasing of available properties. The position demands a detail-oriented individual, possessing excellent organization skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Inspections: Coordinate & schedule with tenants and maintenance staff to conduct all necessary property inspections within the required timelines, including Move-In, Move-Out, Annual, Mid-Lease, and other required inspections, remaining compliant with notice guidelines required by company policy and state law.
- Maintenance Discovery and Recording: During inspections, identify and document any required maintenance items. Record these findings accurately within the supplied software for further action by the maintenance team.
- Photography: Use supplied equipment to take high-quality photos for marketing and condition recording purposes. Ensure that the photographs accurately represent the property’s current condition and are suitable for promotional use.
- Marketing Material Creation: Collaborate with the Property Manager to develop high-quality, FHA-compliant advertising materials. This includes designing content that effectively promotes available properties and attracts potential tenants.
- Social Media and Marketing Campaigns: Manage any social media platforms and other marketing campaigns as assigned. Create, schedule, and monitor content to enhance property visibility and engagement with prospective tenants.
- Material Delivery: Deliver filters or other necessary materials in conjunction with inspection duties. Ensure timely and efficient distribution to maintain property standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Keep in constant communication with tenants, team members, and management throughout all inspection and marketing activities, ensuring that careful consideration is made for tenants, their comfort and their belongings.
- Other Assigned Tasks: Perform additional tasks related to the department/position as assigned by the Property Manager or other equivalent management. These tasks may vary and support the department's overall goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
