P&C Account Manager
WHO WE ARE:
This company is a national P&C brokerage. Our team works with independent advisors and financial professionals to offer personal and commercial insurance to their clients. We also partner with realtors, mortgage brokers and other referral sources to help serve their client as well.
YOUR ROLE:
This role is responsible for the overall growth of customers and premium within the company. You will handle new leads coming from our referral partners and work to increase advisor partnerships. This individual will also maintain and service the advisor relationship.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Manage all leads from our advisors or any other referral sources.
- Respond to the retail client in a timely manner (24-48 hrs).
- Input client data into CRM and run quotes through our rating software.
- Develop VP and pitch to retail client.
- Risk assessment and customization.
- Agent recommendations and consultation.
- Prospect for new advisors through FIG network.
- Maintain advisor partnership setup
- Communicate any carrier/underwriting requests to the retail client.
- Hold annual reviews for current customers
- Need analysis in the annual review.
- Update any changes in coverage or policies.

This is an annual salaried plus commission, full-time position.
